I am a just second step-dad to a 6 y/o rottweiler and plotting I’d get her some fun new toys. This Nobbly Wobbly looked cute. Opened the box yesterday morning, and she was sooooo excited to play with the ball….BBBBBUUUUUTTTTTTTT…..DON’T BOTHER!!!! This ball lasted not even 24 hours, before it was torn apart. Kind of bummed I didn’t read the consumer review before hand. Wretched Charlie…to a fantastic degree find you a new toy.

Our Sheltie could catch a ball in the air when he was only 10 weeks old and is ball crazy. This ball was one of his favorites. However, dogs will gnarl and chew and if a Sheltie can chew it into tiny pieces I would hate to see what our Golden Retreiver could do. We bought it in different sizes so going up to the larger size did not stop it from being in pieces in a week's time. It is a fantastic toy. Our Sheltie could catch a ball in the air when he was only 10 weeks ancient and is ball idiotic. This ball was one of his favorites. But, dogs will gnarl and chew and if a Sheltie can chew it into tiny pieces I would despise to see what our Golden Retreiver could do. We bought it in uncommon sizes so inane up to the better size did not stop it from life in pieces in a week’s time. The construction just didn’t stand up to the teeth.

Well, they are the same made in Plates by Spot foam soccor balls. Not anything ethical in this area them. I did get to pay more to ship them then the balls themselves cost. How ethical ! Contacted companionship and they couldn’t care less. Unless you get free shipping, might as well go to any pet store and buy your cat toys there. Quality is fine -- no reason they shouldn't last until lost. If I participate, she'll play with them until one of us is worn out. Her favorite trick is to jump on my shoulders while I'm working on my desk, drop the ball in my shirt pocket, and then retrieve and repeat after I've thrown it. I’ve spent many era as much on all sorts of cat toys, but this is the all-time favorite. Quality is fine — no reason they shouldn’t last until lost. If I participate, open fire on play with them until one of us is worn out. Her favorite trick is to jump on my shoulders even as I’m working on my desk, drop the ball in my shirt sack, and then retrieve and do again after I’ve thrown it. I wish I could take confidence for instruction her this, but it was her thought!

My kitten likes these, and they’re really reasonably lasting. She likes to bat them around the house, and she gets to blow off some energy. They’re really light, so they glide through the air with the slightest tap. She will also pick it up in her mouth, and cuddle with it. I’ve pulled them out of the fill up bowl as well, and they dry off quickly, no harm done. When she everlastingly does manage to end them, I’ll certainly buy some more.

My cats like this toy. We at the start used it on my glass desk, but went it to a permanent spot on a living room desk. I was sure the feathers were inane to be ruined as my cats are chewers,but was pleasantly surprised it is subdue inane passionate. They like to chase it as I go it across the desk or tug on it even as suspended from the desk. The magnet is super passionate, no dread of appearance apart. They are intrigued by the colorful top soubriquet too.

The 2 sides house a strongmagnet, so you can "hang" it from any surface that is not thicker than 2 inches (by my trials). I set ours up on the dining room table and our cat went right under to play with it. He seemed to like the toy, but then he got his front arm tangled in the line and freaked out. He went running wildly, the toy trailing on the line. I was chasing to get him, fearful that if the line tangled on something it would rip his arm off. I managed to catch up to him and untangled him from the toy. He is now terrified of the thing, so I gave i to a friend. <br/><br/>My suggestion is that if you get this, make sure to NEVER leave it out when you are not near by. Not a toy to leave your cat lonely with, September 11, 2010

I bought this toy at a store and was excited in this area it. The 2 sides house a strongmagnet, so you can “hang” it from any go up that is not thicker than 2 inches (by my trials). I set ours up on the dining room desk and our cat went aptly below to play with it. He seemed to like the toy, but then he got his front arm tangled in the line and freaked out. He went running wildly, the toy trailing on the line. I was chasing to get him, fearful that if the line tangled on a upset it would rip his arm off. I managed to catch up to him and untangled him from the toy. He is now terrified of the business, so I gave i to a friend.

My proposition is that if you get this, make sure to NEVER leave it out when you are not near by. The toy is reall not terrible, but needs a excellent warning on the box adage to NEVR leave it out with you away.

Their noses perked up and started sniffing the air the moment I brought the Amazon box inside. The Daddy Pompom has an internal pouch, reachable by a velcro opening on the underside, so I opened the pouch and poured a teaspoon or so of catnip into the toy and closed it up. The cats practically *attacked* the poor toy as soon as it hit the ground - and to the credit of Kong workmanship, the toy held up surprisingly well. After a frenzy of 20 minutes or so, the toy was wet and gnawed, but the catnip was still safe inside and all the limbs were attached. I decided to put Daddy Pompom away for a little while, and then refill and repeat. <br/><br/>Emptying and refilling it is something of a chore, though. Because the catnip is inside the toy in a loose form, when you open the velcro pouch and shake it out over the trash can, the loose catnip clings to the edges and gets caught in the velcro teeth. It would almost make more sense, I think, to have a perforated (to let the scent through) plastic ball or bag that fits inside the pouch and can be lifted out and cleaned thoroughly in the sink or something.
